1. General Provisions
jlevo is an online gaming platform operated for entertainment purposes for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered final.
Where "we", "our", or "jlevo" appear in these Terms, they refer to the entity operating the Platform. Where "you", "user", or "member" appear, they refer to the person registered on or using the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on jlevo, you must be 21 years of age or older. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request valid identification at any time to verify age.
2.2 One Account Rule
Only one account may be opened per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are created, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses will be cancelled.
2.3 Registration Information
When registering an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

- Date of birth
- Active mobile number
- Email address (if applicable)
- Payment method details
Providing false information is a serious breach of the Terms and may result in account closure.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You will be fully responsible for any activity carried out using your details by any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3. Account Verification (KYC)
jlevo follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure a safe environment. Before processing a withdrawal, or in certain circumstances, we may request the following documents:
- Copy of National Identity Card (NID) or passport
- A recently taken photograph
- Proof of bank or mobile banking account
Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not completed. We are fully committed to protecting your personal information, and all data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Amounts

4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Successfully verified withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if verification or a security review is needed.
4.4 Deposit & Withdrawal Conditions
- The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must belong to the same person.
- Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
- In the case of suspicious or fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel any payment.
- Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on jlevo can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. Bonus calculation:
- ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- ৳8,000 deposited → ৳5,000 bonus (limit) → total balance ৳13,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for bonuses is 15x (on the bonus amount only).
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be usable on specific games — please see the details of each offer.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless otherwise stated.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after completing the wagering requirements will be eligible for withdrawal.
- Withdrawing deposited funds while an active bonus is on the account may result in the bonus being cancelled.
- jlevo reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
5.4 VIP Program
The jlevo VIP program has 5 tiers, each with weekly cashback benefits:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Commitment
All games on the jlevo platform operate in a fair and transparent environment. We work with verified game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and other leading providers.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses

- Using funds from illegal sources on the platform

6.3 Sports Betting Rules
The following rules apply to cricket and other sports betting:
- Betting markets may close at any time — no bets will be accepted after a market has closed.
- jlevo reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- Payouts may be withheld for bets placed on the basis of match fixing or illegal information.
- Settlement times in live betting markets may change due to delays.

jlevo may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons:

- Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
- Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information
- Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes
- Operating multiple accounts
9.2 Account Closure by Member
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance (excluding bonus balance).
10. Limitation of Liability
jlevo will not be held liable in the following cases:
- Losses caused by technical failures, internet disruptions, or issues with third-party services.
- Service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).
- Misuse of a member's own account credentials or access by a third party.
- Financial losses resulting from gaming — gaming always carries the risk of loss.
- Service unavailability during system maintenance.
11. Changes & Updates to Terms and Conditions
jlevo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will make every effort to notify members in advance — via email or a notice on the platform.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms and Conditions are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. Therefore, it is recommended that you check this page regularly.
